Why is Ballet great for Teens? During teenage years kids expand their interests. Primary Ballet is a great focus for them. Dancing ballet keeps them in great shape and keeps them active. Ballet is wonderful exercise, it is creative not to mention it is great time to spend with friends. 💕 •
