Empowering communities through skills and learning!
Last October 21, 2025, the 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 – 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮 conducted a Cosmetology Orientation under the 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for the citizens of Barangay Labas.

The activity was headed by 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙊𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙖 𝘽. 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙯, with the assistance of 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙤 (EPS II of ALS) and 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙅𝙤𝙟𝙤 𝘿𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙤𝙣 (Labas ALS Teacher) in partnership with 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙍𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙙 𝙄𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙚 𝙂𝙪𝙯𝙢𝙖𝙣 and 𝙆𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙙 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤.

This program aims to equip community members with practical skills that can serve as a source of income and self-empowerment.

Together, we continue to bring education and livelihood opportunities closer to every Santa Rosa community!

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝!

In partnership with the Sangguniang Barangay of Tagapo, the 𝘼𝙇𝙎 𝙇𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝘾𝙪𝙢 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 team successfully conducted a Culinary Arts Livelihood Training led by our passionate trainer, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙪 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮. Participants gained hands-on experience and valuable culinary skills to help pave the way toward sustainable livelihoods.
