Bilang tugon sa direktiba ng Pamahalaan, mananatiling suspendido ang Face-to-Face Classes bukas, August 18, 2026 (Martes).

Upang matiyak ang learning continuity, lahat ng klase mula Kinder hanggang Grade 10 ay ipagpapatuloy sa pamamagitan ng ONLINE CLASSES.

Hinihiling namin sa lahat ng magulang na ihanda ang mga mag-aaral para sa kanilang online classes at tiyaking makakapasok sila sa Zoom ayon sa kanilang regular na schedule. Ang mga kinakailangang Zoom links ay ipapadala bago magsimula ang klase.

Patuloy nating unahin ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat Ruizian habang sinisiguro na nagpapatuloy ang kanilang pagkatuto sa kabila ng pagbabago sa class modality.

📌 Grades 4–6 – Online Classes
📌 Grades 7–10 – Face-to-Face Classes in the morning; classes will shift to online modality in the afternoon

Please be informed that we will administer our Term 1 Midterm Examinations on the following dates:

📚 August 12, 2026 (Wednesday)
Day 1 – Midterm Examinations

📚 August 13, 2026 (Thursday)
Day 2 – Midterm Examinations

This schedule will proceed provided that there is no class suspension announcement from the LGU or National Government.

Please refer to our previous post for the complete examination schedule, official time, subjects, and things to bring. Students are reminded to come prepared, arrive on time, and bring all necessary examination materials.

In accordance with the announcement of the City Government of Santa Rosa, face-to-face classes remain suspended tomorrow, August 11, 2026 (Tuesday).

To ensure learning continuity, SRMS will shift to ONLINE CLASSES from Kinder to Grade 10. Teachers will discuss advance lessons and topics included in the Term 1-Finals.

Our Term 1 Midterm Examinations will resume once face-to-face classes are allowed.

Parents/Guardians, please prepare the following for your child’s online class:
• Laptop, tablet, or mobile phone
• Stable internet connection
• Notebook, books, and writing materials
• Zoom application
• Quiet and appropriate learning area

Students are required to wear their school uniform during online classes and observe proper online class etiquette and discipline.

The Zoom link will be sent 10 minutes before the scheduled class through the official class group chat.
Attendance will be checked.
