Dampigan National High School in Samar is preparing to open a senior high school program after a new Information and Communications Technology (ICT) room was turned over on March 13, 2026, a key requirement for regional approval.

This was made possible through a partnership among World Vision, Fujitsu Limited, and the Department of Education in Samar Division, resulting in a single-story ICT classroom building equipped with air-conditioning units and a 30-set of fully equipped computers.

World Vision Philippines and Fujitsu Limited inaugurated a new ICT room at Dampigan National High School in Samar on March 13, 2026, to enhance digital learning and support the school’s Education Technology (EduTech) initiatives.

Representatives from the World Vision Development Foundation Inc., World Vision Japan, and Fujitsu Limited attended the symbolic handover and signed the donation deed and acceptance agreement.

Dampigan National High School proudly celebrates the successful Turnover Ceremony of the ICT Laboratory One-Storey Classroom Building under Project EduTech: Transforming Education Through Technology, held on March 13, 2026.

Dampigan National High School proudly celebrates the successful conduct of the first ever ICT Day 2026 yesterday, February 27, 2026, with the empowering theme:

“Project EduTech: Transforming Education Through Technology.”

The event was filled with innovation, creativity, and collaboration as our students actively participated in various ICT-related activities that showcased their digital skills and technological talents. Booth displays of every grade level highlighted the Productivity Tools, Editing Tools, Programming Tools and Technical Drafting and Robots that aroused curiosity in ICT world.

Students also enjoyed joining various competitions such as Productivity Tool Skills Contest , Capcut Video Editing Contest, Canva Layout, Canva: Video Editing.

Truly, it was a day that highlighted how technology continues to shape and elevate the learning experience of our learners. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻

We extend our sincerest appreciation to our resource speakers Sir John Daryl Nablo and Ma'am Mythangel Mae E.
