Mr. Cleo Martinez is a PUP alumnus who previously served as a speaker for Data Privacy, Understanding, and Protection: Strengthening University's Data Privacy Protection.

Mr. Cleo is currently an Information Technology Officer II of the Compliance and Monitoring Division of the National Privacy Commission. He is actively guiding numerous reputable organizations in their efforts to be in full compliance with data privacy.
