PUP BS Psychology 4-6

🎓 𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒈𝒂 𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒔𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒕𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒔: 𝑩𝑺 𝑷𝑺𝒀 𝟒-𝟔, 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 🎓

Matapos ang higit-kumulang apat na taon sa Poleteknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas, malugod nating binabati ang block 4-6 at lahat ng nagtapos ngayong Batch 2025. 🎊

Mula sa magkakaibang panig ng bansa, tayo'y nagtagpo sa sintang paaralan upang hasain ang ating karunungan at iba pang kakayahan. Kumilala ng samot-saring personalidad, nakabuo ng mga makahulugang samahan, at maaaring mas nahubog din ang sariling pagkakakilanlan.

Pinagsaluhan natin ang iba't ibang "danas" at tagumpay. Saksi tayo sa paglipas ng panahon at kung paanong tayo'y hinubog ng bawat kahapon. Ngayong nahaharap tayo sa panibagong hamon ng mundo, balikan natin saglit ang ating mga pinagdaanan bago makarating dito. Iskolar ng bayan, ipagmalaki mo ang panalong ito.

Sa ating paglabas sa campus, nawa'y ating palaging balikan: 𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒂 𝒔𝒂'𝒚𝒐, 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏. ✊️❤️‍🔥

“Tama na! Sobra na! Palitan na!”

Ngayong ika-25 ng Pebrero, ating ginugunita ang ika-39 na anibersaryo ng EDSA People Power Revolution, ang kilos-protesta na dinaluhan ng milyon-milyong Pilipino noong taong 1986 na siyang nagpatalsik sa diktadurang Marcos. Ang People Power ay hindi paggunita ng isang pangalan o kulay lamang, ito ay paggunita sa mga boses na siyang nagbigay hustisya at kalayaan sa masang Pilipino sa mapang-abusong rehimen ni Marcos, partikular na sa panahon ng Martial Law na kung saan libo-libo ang nakaranas ng iba't-ibang uri ng pangaabuso gayundin ang mga karumal-dumal na pagkawala at pagpatay ng mga aktibista, lider-estudyante, manunulat, mga tagapagtanggol ng karapatang pantao, maging mga normal na mamamayan.

Sa kasalukuyan, patuloy pa rin ang hirap na dinaranas ng masang Pilipino sa administrasyong Marcos-Duterte. Ang patuloy na pagtaas ng mga bilihin, mababang sahod ng mga manggagawa, pagkakaroon ng confidential funds, pagbabanta sa demokrasya, at patuloy na paglala ng krisis sa edukasyon ay ilan lamang sa mga halimbawa ng palpak na pamumuno ng kasalukuyang administrasyon. Bilang karagdagan, ang tangkang rebisyunismong pangkasaysayan ng gobyerno ay isang malaking kawalan ng respeto sa mga biktima ng pangaabuso, pagkawala, at pagpatay ng gobyernong Marcos sa ilalim ng Martial Law.

Sa kabila ng hindi pagsuspinde ng unibersidad ng klase sa araw ng paggunita ng makasaysayang EDSA People Power Revolution, ang PUP Psychology Students Association ay nakikiisa sa laban at sigaw ng masa, MARCOS, SINGILIN! DUTERTE, PANAGUTIN!

We would like to express our gratitude to our research adviser Sir Nicholas Mallari for his guidance throughout the research process, from the proposal up to the oral presentation.
