📍 Dean’s Office (Former HR Office)

⚠️ Kindly strictly follow the given schedule. Transactions outside the stated hours will not be accommodated.

💰 New Policy: All payments must be made in full payment upon ordering. No partial payments will be accepted, and only fully paid orders will be processed and released. We’re also accepting gcash payments.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | OFFICIAL DEPARTMENT SHIRT PRE-ORDER 📢

This is to formally announce that Batch 4 is now officially closed.

Batch 4 pre-orders officially opened last May 6, 2026 and closed on May 7, 2026. Since the department shirts are needed for upcoming events, the cut-off for Batch 4 was scheduled earlier to allow the supplier enough time for production, preparation, and delivery before the event.

Thank you to all BSTM students who successfully secured their orders. Production will proceed as scheduled, and the official release date of the Batch 4 shirts will be announced soon.

For transparency, the official list of Batch 4 orders will be posted. However, to protect students’ privacy and personal information, names and other identifying details will not be disclosed.

Please also be informed that due to a change of supplier, there will be adjustments in pricing and improvements in the quality of the department shirts. This is to ensure better material and overall product quality. However, the sizing will remain the same as previously provided.

Students who were unable to order from Batch 1, 2, 3, and 4 may now secure their department shirt under Batch 5. Pre-orders are strictly first-come, first-served, so we highly encourage everyone to place their orders early to secure their preferred size.

⚠️ Reminder: Ordering and claiming of shirts will only be open once officially announced on the MSTIP – College of Tourism page. Please do not assume that orders or claiming are already open. If unsure, kindly message the page or approach any Tourism Officers (not professors or faculty) to avoid inconvenience.

Further details regarding the deadline for Batch 5 will be announced soon.
