On January 31, 2026, the school community took a proactive step toward the upcoming academic year by launching the Early Registration for Grade 7, Grade 11, and Transferees.

The initiative was spearheaded by Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Solomon B. Kahulugan and School Head Mrs. Fhe L. Caraan. Backed by the dedicated administration and faculty, the team ensured a streamlined and welcoming enrollment process, prioritizing student placement and efficient resource planning for the 2026–2027 school year.

The day’s impact was further deepened by the conduct of Early Brigada Eskwela. This simultaneous event brought together a hardworking group of volunteers who assisted in campus maintenance and beautification. By integrating registration with community service, the school emphasized that education is a collective journey involving leaders, teachers, and parents alike.

J. Santiago Integrated High School recently came together to celebrate Safer Internet Day 2026 with the theme "Ako, Ikaw, Tayo: Konektado at Protektado Laban sa OSAEC at CSAEM." The school showed its full support by organizing special activities where students watched helpful videos and talked about how to stay safe online. These lessons focused on teaching everyone how to enjoy being connected to the internet while staying protected from online dangers and exploitation. By working together and sharing what they learned, the students and teachers of JSIHS are helping build a kinder and much safer digital world for everyone.

The journey from candidates to student leaders is now complete! Today, February 13, 2026, marked a historic milestone as our newly elected SSLG Officers officially took their Oath of Office. The ceremony was prestigiously led by Hon. Vice Mayor Jayson A. Cuento, who reminded our young leaders of the weight and honor of public service.

Alongside the swearing-in of our student leaders on February 13, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for the SSLG for SY 2026-2027. A heartfelt Congratulations to Mrs. Florelyn M. Gordo on being elected as the new SSLG Adviser!

The school recently conducted the Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (PIRPA), a vital session focused on evaluating the effectiveness of school programs and institutional progress. The primary purpose of PIRPA is to track the success of various initiatives, identify specific challenges, and ensure that all performance targets are met with high standards. By reviewing data and results, the school can adjust its strategies to better serve the needs of the learners and the community.

This assessment was successfully led by a dedicated team of coordinators, including Mrs. Rochelle A. Gallemit for English, Ms. Janz Joncie Stefhanie P. Albuen for Science, Mrs. Imelda D. Doliente for Math, Mrs. Florelyn M. Gordo for Filipino, Mrs. Mariel L. Madrideo for TLE, and Mrs. Francel Christee P. Mallari for MAPEH. Supporting the specialized programs and school operations were Mrs. Heidi Marino for SPTA, along with Ms. Ailyn D. Caniete and Mr. Carlo C. Dacillo for the Administrative department. Through their collaborative efforts, the PIRPA session ensured that the school remains committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
