ISPSC-iSchools 2009f Two schools in Ilocos Sur and 1 school in Ilocos Norte are added to the list of schools that are ready to integrate ICT in their curriculum. Stakeholders - consisting of the school Principal, a representative of the Local School Board, and a representative of the Parents-Teachers Association - from the 48 public high schools (PHS) from northern Luzon (cluster 2) which are recipients of the iSchools 2009F project attended the Sustainability Planning Workshop (SPW) held at Heritage Resort, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur on November 22-25, 2010.

CILC completed in 3 PHS.
Two schools in Ilocos Sur and one in Ilocos Norte are are ready to integrate ICT in their curriculum. Teachers and selected students of Solsona Nat'l High School – Bagbag Campus (Ilocos Norte), Puro Nat'l High School (Magsingal, Ilocos Sur) and Pantay-Tamurong Nat'l High School (Caoayan, Ilocos Sur) completed successfully the Computer and Internet Literacy Course.

The iSchools Project focuses on strengthening classroom learning and instruction by expanding access to various sources of information. The Project aims to enhance the ability of public high school students throughout the country to compete for jobs, future education and other growth opportunities.

ISPSC is a partner of CICT in implementing the iSchools project.
The iSchools Project is one of the flagship projects of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology – Human Capital Development Group (CICT – HCDG). It supports the efforts of the Philippine Government and the Department of Education in integrating ICT in education in Public High Schools.
