FROM YIPOA INTERN TO YOUNG AGRIPRENEUR

For Rolly of Angadanan, Isabela, his YIPOA journey did not end when his internship ended.

Through the Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) of ATI, Rolly gained hands-on experience and practical knowledge in Organic Agriculture right here at ARVYK Eco-Farm.

But what makes his story inspiring is what he did after the program.

With the assistance he received through the YIPOA program, Rolly started building his own organic poultry enterprise. From there, he continued to grow and diversify—expanding into organic crop production and other livestock such as ducks and pigs.

Today, he is applying the knowledge and skills he learned throughout the program—putting into practice the lessons, experiences, and values he gained during his time at ARVYK.

He didn't just learn Organic Agriculture. He started living it, applying it, and building an enterprise from it.

And this is what we hope YIPOA can inspire in more young people:

Learn. Apply. Start. Diversify. Grow.

📣 APPLICATION FOR THE 2027 YIPOA BATCH IS STILL OPEN!

If you are a young person 18-35 years of age who wants to gain hands-on experience, learn Organic Agriculture, develop entrepreneurial skills, and turn knowledge into a real opportunity, this could be your starting point.

📩 Interested? Contact us for application details and requirements.

Rolly started his journey as an intern.

Today, he is building his own integrated and diversified farm enterprise.

Your journey could be next.

Meet our buck goat! Isa sa simple pero importanteng practice namin sa farm is giving our goats time to go out and graze when the weather and conditions are most comfortable.

Fresh grasses and forage can be a good source of fiber and nutrients for goats.

We also learn to understand what the animals naturally need.

Ganito ang simpleng buhay sa farm—observe, learn, and let nature do its part.

From farm waste to soil nourishment.

Our YIPOA intern is hands-on in composting—turning dried leaves and other organic materials into nutrient-rich compost.

Sa organic farming, walang sayang. What we give back to the soil, comes back to the farm.

Naturally raised, organically fed.

Our pigs are organically raised and fed with a combination of available farm resources, including fresh Napier grass.

It’s part of our approach to sustainable livestock production—using what we can grow on the farm while providing proper care and nutrition for our animals.

𝗠𝗔𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗦𝗔 𝗨𝗕𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗜𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚!
