San Vicente Elementary School continues to strengthen its commitment to a healthy, safe, informed and empowered school community through the successful conduct of the School-Based Online Orientation on Integrated Health, Wellness and Preventive Education.
The meaningful session featured comprehensive discussions on essential health and preventive education topics designed to enhance awareness, promote healthy choices and equip our teachers and school personnel with practical knowledge that can be shared with our learners and the wider school community.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto sa ngalan ng ating Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, wala pa ding pasok bukas, August 20, 2026 - ALL LEVELS sa atin sa Santa Maria na nasasakop ng Lalawigan ng Bulacan.
Ang mga department ng ating Munisipyo ay pinapayuhang magtalaga ng skeletal force upang matiyak na patuloy na maibibigay ang mga kinakailangang serbisyo sa ating mga kliyente, gaya ng burial permits at iba pang urgent services.
Para naman sa mga department na walang kailangang serbisyo o concern na nangangailangan ng skeletal force, maaaring hindi na magpapasok ng personnel.
Mananatiling nakaalerto ang ating Kapulisan, Health Department, Santa Maria MDRRMO, at mga tanggapan na kasama sa pagsisigurong handa ang ating LGU kung sakaling mayroong mga kababayan na kailangan ng agarang tulong.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:
π National Capital Region (NCR)
π Abra
π Benguet
π Ilocos Norte
π Ilocos Sur
π La Union
π Pangasinan
π Bataan
π Bulacan
π Nueva Ecija
π Pampanga
π Tarlac
π Zambales
π Batangas
π Cavite
π Laguna
π Rizal
π Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

School-Based Online Orientation on Comprehensive Health and Wellness Education π§ π
San Vicente Elementary School successfully conducted its School-Based Online Orientation on Comprehensive Health and Wellness Education on August 18, 2026, participated in by the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school.
The orientation focused on strengthening awareness and understanding of mental health and well-being, particularly in recognizing possible signs of stress, anxiety and depression among learners. It also aimed to enhance teachersβ capacity to provide basic psychosocial support, become familiar with appropriate referral pathways and helping protocols and promote self-care and overall well-being among teachers and advisers.

Our heartfelt thanks to Nurse Job, SMED District Nurse, for joining us in this orientation and generously sharing his expertise and valuable insights. Your presence and contribution greatly enriched the learning experience and helped make the activity more meaningful and informative.

Teachers of San Vicente Elementary School actively participated in the Online Orientation on Unified Performance System (UPS) Management, in accordance with the Division Memorandum No. 358, s. 2026, conducted today, August 14, 2026, as part of the continuing efforts to strengthen school-based capacity in the effective administration, utilization and management of the Unified Performance System (UPS).
The orientation aimed to cascade the division-level capacity-building initiative and equip school personnel with essential knowledge and skills in managing UPS, supporting data-driven decision-making, school performance monitoring, learner profiling and instructional improvement.
The activity also highlighted the importance of developing school-based UPS focal persons who can serve as force multipliers in ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of the system at the school level.
San Vicente Elementary School extends its appreciation to Sta. Maria East District, under the leadership of our District Supervisor, Dr. Marilou V. Cruz, for continuously providing capacity-building opportunities that empower schools to embrace technology, strengthen performance management Coand improve educational outcomes.
