Nagsisimula na tayo muling magbalangkas ng Local Youth Development Plan ng Bayan ng Santa Maria para sa taong 2027-2029. Kaya naman sinimulan natin Ito sa pagsasanay ng ating mga Youth Leaders para sa epektibong paglalatag ng mga napapanahong Youth-Related issues and concerns at kung anong mga programa ang nakikita ng ating mga kabataan na magbibigay tugon sa mga ito.
Personal na pinuntahan ni Mayor Omeng Ramos, kasama sina Konsehal Lito Jacinto, Konsehal Mac Clemente, SK Federation Marco Trajano, at Municipal Administrator Elmer Clemente ang training na Isinagawa sa pangunguna ng LYDO Santa Maria.
Tuloy-tuloy ang pagsasagawa ng mga programa na magpapaunlad sa ating mga kababayan.
