Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur โ The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Sta. Maria Campus Dormitories successfully conducted its General Orientation for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025โ2026, combined with the Monthly Dormitory Meeting
The activity was spearheaded by Mr. Alvin Jay F. Tobias, Dormitory Manager I, and was attended by resident students to ensure awareness, compliance, and active participation in dormitory affairs for the 2nd semester.
During the General Orientation, Mr. Tobias thoroughly discussed the existing dormitory policies, rules, and regulations. The session aimed to remind residents of their responsibilities, proper conduct, and the importance of maintaining discipline, safety, and mutual respect within the dormitory community. Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur โ The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Sta. Maria Campus successfully conducted its Monthly General Cleaning in the campus dormitories, demonstrating its continued commitment to promoting cleanliness, discipline, and a healthy living environment for student residents.
The activity was carried out under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Alvin Jay F. Tobias, Dormitory Manager I, with the active and enthusiastic participation of dormitory occupants. Student residents worked collaboratively to thoroughly clean dormitory rooms, hallways, comfort rooms, common areas, and surrounding premises, ensuring that all facilities remain orderly, sanitary, and conducive to learning and daily living.

The ISPSC Dormitories successfully held its โYear-End Party cm Team-Building Activity 2025,โ bringing together dormitory staff, personnel, and residents in a celebration marked by unity, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to service and community building. Conducted within the ISPSC Dormitories, the activity served as a meaningful culmination of the yearโs accomplishments, challenges, and shared experiences.
The event was led by Alvin Jay F. Tobias, Dormitory Manager I, whose leadership emphasized the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and fostering a supportive and inclusive dormitory environment. In his message, Mr. Tobias highlighted the value of strengthening interpersonal relationships not only among staff but also with the residents, noting that mutual respect and cooperation are essential to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and harmonious living space.
Adding significance to the occasion was the presence of the Special Guest, Dr. Dominador A. Ayson Jr., Supervising Administrative Officer, who inspired both staff and residents through his encouraging message. Dr. Ayson underscored the importance of teamwork, discipline, and shared responsibility in achieving institutional goals, commending the dormitory personnel and residents alike for their resilience, cooperation, and active participation throughout the year.

GENERAL CLEANING CONDUCTED IN CAMPUS DORMITORIES AHEAD OF SECOND SEMESTER OPENING
In preparation for the opening of classes for Academic Year 2025โ2026, Second Semester, a comprehensive general cleaning operation has been carried out in both the Ladiesโ and Menโs Dormitories. The activity aims to ensure that all residential facilities are safe, orderly, and fully ready to accommodate students returning for the new term. This initiative is part of the campusโ ongoing efforts to maintain high standards of cleanliness and promote student welfare.
During the cleaning operation, dormitory staff, residents were deployed to perform deep-cleaning tasks, including the sanitation of rooms, disinfection of shared spaces, and inspection of essential utilities. Special attention was given to high-traffic areas such as hallways, restrooms, and common lounges.
