This year's theme—“Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies”, reminds us that in times of disaster, conflict, and crisis, mental health is just as important as physical survival. Behind every catastrophe are individuals carrying silent battles—fear, grief, loss, and trauma. 🕊️💭

This month, we are called to stand with compassion and understanding. Access to mental health care should not be a luxury, but a basic right. Every person—whether a survivor, a responder, or a community member—deserves the support, healing, and hope that mental health services bring. 🤝💚

Together, let us be the voice that breaks the silence, the hand that offers comfort, and the heart that reminds others: you are not alone, even in the darkest storms. 🌈✨
