Alinsunod sa anunsyo ni Hon. Sol Aragones, Gobernador ng Laguna, suspendido ang klase sa LAHAT NG ANTAS bukas, Miyerkules, Agosto 19, 2026, dahil sa umiiral na kondisyon ng panahon.

Dahil dito, ang Bagong Pook Elementary School ay lilipat sa Alternative Learning Modalities upang maipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto ng ating mga mag-aaral habang higit na binibigyang-prayoridad ang kanilang kaligtasan, gayundin ang kaligtasan ng ating mga g**o.

📚 Hinihikayat ang mga magulang at mag-aaral na makipag-ugnayan sa kani-kanilang g**o para sa mga learning activity, gawain, at iba pang kinakailangang tagubilin.

Layunin nitong matiyak ang pagpapatuloy ng pagkatuto habang isinasaalang-alang ang kaligtasan, kapakanan, at kahandaan ng ating mga mag-aaral.

Para sa mga nakatalagang gawain, pagsasanay, at iba pang learning activities, mangyaring sumangguni sa inyong Class Advisers at Subject Teachers sa pamamagitan ng Group Chat Messenger para sa kaukulang instructions at updates.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacanang ang pagsasagawa ng Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at alternative learning modes sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong eskwelahan bukas, Agosto 18, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dulot ng habagat.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Hindi sakop ng WFH ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaang may kinalaman sa pag-deliver ng basic at health services, preparasyon at pagtugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Ipinauubaya naman ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

📅 SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES

🔹 AUGUST 18, 2026 – Orientation on the Upcoming YES-O Election
An orientation will be conducted to guide learners on the election process, requirements, responsibilities, and the importance of active participation in YES-O.

🔹 AUGUST 20, 2026 – Filling and Submission of Election Application Forms
Interested learners who wish to serve as YES-O officers will accomplish and submit their election application forms.

🔹 AUGUST 24, 2026 – Screening and Evaluation of Applications
Submitted applications will undergo screening and evaluation to ensure that candidates meet the necessary qualifications and are ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

🔹 AUGUST 26, 2026 – Campaign Period, Room-to-Room Campaign, and Miting de Avance
Candidates will have the opportunity to present their platforms, advocacies, and plans for a greener and more environmentally responsible school community.

🔹 AUGUST 27, 2026 – YES-O Election Day and Announcement of Newly Elected Officers 🗳️🏆
Learners will exercise their right to vote and choose the candidates they believe can best represent and lead the YES-O organization.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 17

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces starting 12:00 noon on August 17, 2026:

📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
