Welcome, 4th Year Students — future HR leaders!🌟

We’ve made it through requirements, deadlines, exams, and many long nights. Despite the challenges, we continue to move forward together.

This semester may be our busiest yet, but you don’t have to face it alone. Support one another, offer encouragement, and be patient when someone needs help. Let’s begin this term with renewed energy, focused motivation, and the determination to finish strong.
We’re not just pursuing a diploma — we’re building memories, friendships, skills, and confidence. One semester closer. One step closer. One dream closer.

Congratulations to everyone who made the President’s and Dean’s Lists this semester! 🏅

Third year, second semester — we made it. To my BSBA-HRMOU 3-7 blockmates well done! 👏 Late-night study sessions, group chats, and the pushes we gave each other brought us here. I’m proud of every one of you.

We’re halfway through the program. The road to fourth year starts now keep working hard, but don’t forget to rest; continue supporting one another; and ask for help when you need it. 💪

📚✨ Hello 2nd Sem, be kind please! 😌☕

Back to reality na naman — alarm ulit, deadlines ulit, at syempre “mag-aaral na talaga ako this sem” era na naman. 😂 As a 3rd year college student, parang ang bilis ng panahon… dati freshies lang na nangangapa, ngayon medyo sanay na pero pag pasahan na ng activity na deadline — cramming is the key. 🫠

New semester means new notes, new stress, new group chats na puro “pa send link please!” at “may klase ba?” 🤣 At ngayon, officially nasa thesis era na rin kami — research dito, revisions doon, at ngayon naghahanda na mag-defend (fight-fight). 😭📑

Pero kahit nakakapagod minsan, tuloy lang kasi every puyat, every effort, at bawat breakdown ay step closer sa goals natin. 💪🎓

Hindi man perfect ang journey, pero proud ako sa kung gaano na kami kalayo. Konti na lang — malapit na rin naming maabot ang 4th year, ang pinapangarap na diploma, at ang araw na isuot namin ang itim na toga na simbolo ng lahat ng pinagdaanan namin. 🖤🎓

In this post, we would like to acknowledge all those who excelled this semester, both on the President's Lister and Dean's Lister.🏅

To my fellow BSBA-HRMOU 3-7 block mate's, congratulations! 👏 I know this journey hasn't been easy, but our hard work, teamwork, and resilience have helped us achieve so much together. As we move forward, let's continue supporting and encouraging one another.

We're halfway through this program, so let's keep fighting! 💪 Together, we'll face the new year ahead for BSBA-HRMOU 3-7. ✨Once again, congratulations to everyone! 🏅👏🏼🎉
