2026 GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) SEMINAR-WORKSHOP

Isang makabuluhang dalawang araw ng pagkatuto, pakikipag-ugnayan, at pagbibigay-kapangyarihan ang matagumpay na naisagawa sa pamamagitan ng 2026 GAD Seminar-Workshop. Sa temang “From Policy to Practice: Establishing GAD Champions for Inclusive Education,” nagsama-sama ang mga educators upang higit na mapalalim ang kamalayan at kaalaman tungkol sa Gender and Development, gender-responsive practices, equality, inclusion, at pagbuo ng isang ligtas at patas na learning environment para sa lahat.

Promoting Healthy Learners for Better Learning Outcomes

Santa Maria, Laguna | August 5, 2026 – Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pangangalaga sa kalusugan ng mga mag-aaral, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Deworming for Learners S.Y. 2026–2027 sa Paang Bundok Elementary School sa pangunguna ni Nurse Jerome Mendoza.

Bago ang aktwal na pagbibigay ng deworming tablets, nagsagawa si Nurse Mendoza ng isang maikling health orientation sa iba't ibang baitang. Ipinaliwanag niya ang kahalagahan ng regular na deworming upang maiwasan ang mga sakit na dulot ng intestinal parasites na maaaring makaapekto sa kalusugan, nutrisyon, at pagkatuto ng mga bata.

Ibinahagi rin niya ang mahahalagang paalala upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng bawat mag-aaral:
👉Kumain muna bago uminom ng gamot.
👉Huwag uminom kung may lagnat, pagsusuka, pagtatae, o allergy sa Albendazole/Mebendazole.
👉Uminom ng sapat na tubig pagkatapos ng gamot.
👉Nguyain nang mabuti ang chewable tablet bago lunukin.

Sa tulong ng kooperasyon ng mga g**o, mga magulang, at ng School Health Personnel, naging maayos at matagumpay ang pagsasagawa ng programa. Ang gawaing ito ay nagpapakita ng patuloy na dedikasyon ng paaralan sa pagtataguyod ng kalusugan at kapakanan ng bawat mag-aaral.

Monitoring at Technical Assistance Provision ng Public Schools District Supervisor

Ngayong Agosto 5, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa sa Paang Bundok Elementary School ang Monitoring at Technical Assistance Provision sa pangunguna ng ating Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Felicisimo M. Maraña.
Bilang bahagi ng kanyang pagbisita, nagsagawa si Dr. Maraña ng classroom observation at pagbabasa (reading activity) sa mga mag-aaral ng Ikaapat na Baitang. Sa pamamagitan ng interaktibong talakayan at paggabay, nabigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng paglinang ng kasanayan sa pagbasa, pag-unawa, at aktibong partisipasyon ng mga mag-aaral sa loob ng silid-aralan.

Nagbigay rin siya ng mga teknikal na mungkahi at rekomendasyon sa mga g**o upang higit pang mapahusay ang proseso ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto, alinsunod sa layunin ng Department of Education na makapaghatid ng de-kalidad, inklusibo, at makabuluhang edukasyon.

Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang buong Paang Bundok Elementary School kay Dr. Felicisimo M. Maraña sa kanyang oras, gabay, at patuloy na suporta sa pagpapaunlad ng ating paaralan at sa paghubog ng bawat mag-aaral.

Sa buong buwan ng Agosto, nakikiisa ang Paang Bundok Elementary School sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa na may temang:
“Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay pagpupugay sa ating pambansang wika bilang sagisag ng ating pagkakakilanlan, kultura, at pagkakaisa. Kasabay ng patuloy na pag-unlad ng teknolohiya at Artificial Intelligence (AI), nawa'y magamit natin ang Wikang Filipino bilang mabisang kasangkapan sa pananaliksik, makabuluhang komunikasyon, at responsableng paggamit ng impormasyon.

Sa buong buwan ng Agosto, inaanyayahan ang bawat mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at iba pang mga katuwang sa edukasyon na makiisa sa iba't ibang gawaing magpapayabong sa pagmamahal, pagpapahalaga, at wastong paggamit ng ating sariling wika.
