A mental illness is a health condition that has a significant impact on how a person feels, thinks, behaves, and interacts with others. These health issues are also referred to as mental disorders. There are various types of mental illnesses with varying degrees of severity.

With that, here we present you some of the most common mental health illnesses, along with their corresponding symptoms and treatment, that some of you may be experiencing without even realizing.

Now is not the time to disregard your mental health. Be aware of the symptoms and do not be afraid to seek help.

Good day, everyone! I am Thadeus Roel D. Bulalacao. Allow me to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself to all of you.

I am a grade 12 student from Mater Dei Academy. I am seventeen years old. I'm one of the four Hope and Compassion pioneers. I simply want all of you to know that whenever you are unhappy, worried, or nearly empty, I, along with my groupmates, will be here to talk and listen to you. I am very much willing to listen attend to all of your concerns and even share mine if you guys would love to. Rest assured that every information stays between us.

Hello everyone! I'm Joshua Allen Santos. I'm currently 18 years old and I am one of the admins for this page. I am one of the people who are willing to help you about anyone mental health. I am a student from Mater Dei Academy.

I love Math and Physics. They are my favorite subjects and I love solving math problems. I know math could be difficult to some, just like me who don’t have good skills at drawing. Well, I’m sure we all have different skills and talents.
Got some life issues? We can talk about it! There’s no need to hesitate to approach us! I have previous problems about mental health too, so I know what you feel. The feeling of losing hope. Yes, we experience those things. But it doesn’t mean you have to deal with it forever. Here in Hope and Compassion, we like to be able to help you, to bring sympathy, to give you hope. We will treat every person equally, no matter if you’re rich or not, whether you’re part of LGBT+ community or not, whatever your religion, culture, nationality, it does not matter! Hi, I'm Marwena, a 19-year-old from Grade 12-STEM. I like car shows and car racing, I can be your driver and let's travel to beautiful places. When I was in grades 7 to 9, some people called me a ''nerd'' because they thought I only spend my time doing school stuff and I'm not also confident in myself before. I'm not expressing myself as who I am now.
Thanks to my parents and friends who always support me whatever I want as long as I do not make trouble, trample on other people’s dignity, and be the cause of problems.
That is why I boost my self-confidence. I manage my time between fun and study. What is the secret? Being free mind and mentally stable. Yes! Mentally stable can help us to pursue our dreams with no worries and at the same time to enjoy our life. No one deserves to hide their true feelings and keep them until they no longer feel the sadness and pain it brings.
