Guided by the belief that quality education flourishes through collaboration, grows through shared responsibility and succeeds through active participation, Sta. Fe National High School convened its Joint Stakeholders' Consultative Meeting, bringing together the School Governance Council (SGC), Board of Directors (BOD), Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Teachers' Association (TEA) to strengthen partnerships and reaffirm their collective commitment to school improvement initiatives for School Year 2026โ2027.
The consultative meeting served as an avenue for open dialogue, collaborative planning and participatory decision-making among the school's major stakeholder groups. It underscored the importance of engaging every sector of the school community in identifying priorities, addressing concerns and formulating responsive strategies that contribute to the holistic development of learners and the continuous enhancement of school programs.
In her message, the school head emphasized that meaningful and lasting progress cannot be achieved by one sector alone. Instead, it requires the united efforts of teachers, parents, learners and community partners working toward a common vision of providing accessible, inclusive, and quality education. She encouraged the stakeholders to continue fostering a culture of cooperation, transparency and accountability in all school endeavors.
During the meeting, representatives from the SGC, BOD, SSLG and TEA actively participated in discussions on the school's priority programs and improvement initiatives. Topics included strengthening stakeholder engagement, enhancing learner support services, improving the school environment, promoting learner leadership, reinforcing school-community partnerships and sustaining programs that contribute to academic excellence and learner well-being.
The School Governance Council reaffirmed its commitment to promoting participatory governance by ensuring that stakeholders remain actively involved in school planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The council likewise emphasized the value of shared leadership in achieving the goals outlined in the School Improvement Plan.
Members of the Board of Directors expressed their continued support for initiatives that enhance learner welfare, strengthen parent participation and mobilize community resources for the benefit of the school. They reiterated their willingness to collaborate with school administrators and other stakeholders in implementing programs that create meaningful and lasting impact.
Meanwhile, the Teachers' Association highlighted the vital role of educators in translating plans into meaningful classroom experiences. The association pledged its unwavering support for programs that improve teaching practices, promote professional growth and create learning environments where every learner can thrive.
Representing the voice of the student body, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government reaffirmed its commitment to championing learner participation, developing student leadership and encouraging volunteerism among learners. The SSLG also expressed its readiness to partner with the school and other stakeholders in implementing activities that foster discipline, responsibility and active citizenship.
The consultative meeting also provided an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange ideas, raise concerns and offer recommendations for strengthening existing programs while exploring innovative approaches to addressing emerging educational challenges. The active participation of every organization reflected a shared understanding that sustainable school improvement is achieved through mutual respect, open communication and collective responsibility.
