"CONFIRMATION CHECKLIST: Please confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

1. Attendance: Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm
2. Absenteeism: Not allowed, except for a maximum of 20% of total training days ( for emergency purpose only)
3. Policy: No work/other training is allowed during the program
4. Commitment: No excuses, except in cases of emergency
5. Eligibility: Only open to unemployed and self-employed individuals

If you confirm that you meet all the above requirements, you may proceed to submit your application to our school."
