Mr. Reynaldo P. Quindoza, entrepreneur and Guest of Honor, shared a journey rooted not in privilege, but in perseverance. Growing up with limited means, he learned early that dreams are not handed, they are worked for, fought for, and held onto even in the hardest of times.

Through determination and persistence, he carved his own path, proving that where you start does not define where you can go.

His words now echo in the hearts of every Ipilian: “Huwag kang titigil sa inyong mga pangarap. Sa tulong ng Panginoon, balang-araw matutupad mo rin ang mga ito.”

In the State of the School Address delivered during the Recognition Ceremony, our Teacher-In-Charge Dr. Dave Henry R.
