Capitol Swim Club promotes Learn to swim program to advance training from children ages 5-18 years old. Open to all residents of the province of LAGUNA.

During the governorship of Joey Lina the pool facility was constructed in order to promote swimming as part of the sports development that need to be honed by the Laguneños specifically children in their primary and secondary education. The Capitol Swim Club was established year 2000 through the efforts of the parents working in the Provincial Capitol. The name CAPITOL SWIM CLUB was agreed upon and is now open to all aspiring swimmers.
