Elizabeth Claudio (Western Visayas Sanitarium Integrated School), Glory Jean Paz (Lanag ES), Carol Salaver (Santa Barbara National Comprehensive High School), Joyce Fernandez (Binangkilan ES), Maricel Espiritu (Tugas ES), Lalaine Naparato (Mambuyo ES), Joseph Martinez Jr. (Barasan Este–Tigtig ES), Christine Subong (Agusipan ES), Elem Oñate (Alejo C. Pursuant to the directive of the Local Government Unit, face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools, in the Municipality of Santa Barbara are hereby suspended this Friday, July 24, 2026.

WEATHER ADVISORY | TYPHOON “BAVI”

Santa Barbara MPS reminds the public to remain vigilant and continuously monitor official weather updates regarding Typhoon “BAVI.” In coordination with the LGU Operations Center and MDRRMO, preparedness measures and coordination activities are being conducted to ensure community safety and readiness for any possible effects of the weather disturbance.

Residents are advised to secure their homes, prepare emergency kits, avoid unnecessary travel during heavy rains, and stay alert for possible flooding, landslides, and strong winds. Let us work together to protect lives and property by staying informed and following the guidance of local authorities.
