While there is no perfect solution for the growing stray population, one thing is certain: spaying or neutering your pets and being a responsible owner will definitely help lessen the problem.🐾

For Animal Welfare advocates group, it takes a village to save a dog. In this rescue story, not only one dog was rescued but two!
On May 2023, where rainy season began, there were 2 adult pups abandoned (deliberately) in a vacant lot along the highway where the big trucks were usually parked. They were obviously owned because of the collars they were wearing.
Their heartless owner decided that they were no longer needed and discarded them as garbage to be thrown out.
But their fate was changed when Furry Friends Second Chance rescued them and asked our shelter Delgado Animal Day Care & Rescue Center to foster them until they can be adopted.
That was 3 years ago.
Today, Peach has found her new family!
We are so grateful with our adopter Samantha Grace Felongco for opening her home to Peach. 😍🐾
Thank You so much!
