Mayor Daniel Bautista Maramba: 1907-1912

(Revolutionary Leader, Mayor, Governor, Senator, Congressman)

Pangasinan ‘s Grand Old Man. Was a revolutionary leader, an executive and legislator, strong nationalist, farmer’s friend, a builder and ever devoted to the public service. He became an outstanding figure in Central Luzon for a long time. He provided his province with a network of roads that became the prized road system in the Philippines. And he built the capitol building to follow or to excel, this capitol building was the pride of the province and this framework still stands as an eloquent reminder of the great builder and statesman.
