ICAS Sangali remains steadfast in its commitment to strengthening our learners' foundation in Reading, Literacy, and Mathematics—essential skills that serve as the cornerstone of academic success and lifelong learning.

Today, June 19, 2026, ICAS Sangali learners from Primary Level (Grade 1-3) & Intermediate Level (Grades 4-6) successfully conducted its Day 1/2 for the Beginning of School Year Assessment in Reading and Literacy (English and Filipino) and Mathematics Skills. This assessment is the first of three assessment periods that will be conducted throughout the school year to monitor learners' readiness, progress, and mastery of competencies appropriate to their respective grade levels.

The results of this assessment will help our teachers identify learners' strengths and areas for improvement, enabling the school to provide timely interventions, enrichment activities, and academic support tailored to the needs of every child.

Through this initiative, ICAS Sangali continues to uphold its commitment to quality education by ensuring that all learners are given the opportunity to build strong academic foundations and achieve their fullest potential.

The school extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Ronnie D. Lacaba, who spearheaded this important activity, together with Ms. Carla Marie M. Gallo, Reading Coordinator, and Mr. Junie M. Leadership begins in the classroom!

On the second day of classes, our learners actively participated in the Class Officers Election, an important activity that promotes responsibility, teamwork, and democratic values among students.

Through this process, our learners experienced the importance of choosing leaders who will represent their classmates, serve with integrity, and help create a positive and productive learning environment throughout the school year.

We congratulate all newly elected Class Officers and commend every learner who participated responsibly in this meaningful activity. May our young leaders serve as role models and inspire their classmates through dedication, respect, and service.
