"Sa PPAN, Sama-Sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat."

The Nutrition Month 2026 Culmination at C. Marzan Elementary School was a remarkable celebration of unity, health, culture, and community spirit. Held after regular class hours, the event brought together our dedicated teachers, enthusiastic learners, supportive parents, and valued stakeholders in a meaningful celebration of the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living.

Our Key Stage 1 (KS1) learners showcased their creativity and understanding of nutrition through classroom-based celebrations and the integration of Nutrition Month activities into their daily classroom instruction, proving that learning about healthy habits can be both engaging and enjoyable.

Meanwhile, our Key Stage 2 (KS2) learners demonstrated teamwork and practical life skills in an exciting Cook Fest Competition, where they prepared delicious and nutritious Pansit, highlighting the importance of balanced meals and collaboration.

Adding a unique cultural touch to the celebration, parents from Puroks 1 to 4 proudly represented their respective communities in a Cook Fest Competition, preparing the flavorful Ginataang Labong, one of the treasured native delicacies of Barangay Marzan. Their participation beautifully showcased our local heritage while promoting nutritious, locally available food.

This successful celebration would not have been possible without the generous support of our community partners. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to SPTA President Arlene Mingming and Kagawad Myrnalin Obispo for giving additional prizes that made the competitions even more exciting and meaningful. Your kindness and unwavering support continue to inspire our school community.

As the day's activities came to a close, everyone gathered to share an early dinner, enjoying not only delicious food but also laughter, fellowship, and meaningful conversations. It was a beautiful reminder that the strongest communities are built when people come together with one purpose and one heart.

At CMES, Nutrition Month is more than just a celebration it is a commitment to nurturing healthy minds, healthy bodies, and stronger partnerships among the school, families, and the community. Together, we continue to plant the seeds of good health, lifelong learning, and unity for every child.

Your kindness brought more than smiles to our learners it reminded them that they are valued, loved, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about their future.
Your willingness to reach out and uplift others reflects the true spirit of service. Every act of generosity, every encouraging word, and every moment you shared has planted seeds of hope in the hearts of our children.
