FIRST BATCH OF APTITUDE TEST 2024 FOR THE INCOMING GRADE 7 LEARNERS OF URDANETA CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL LAST JUNE 07, 2024

Aptitude test is conducted every Fridays of June 2024 by the Office of the Guidance Counsellor.

UPCAT 2025 APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN
for incoming new first-year students for AY 2025-2026.
Applicants must submit their Form 1 from 15 April to 15 May 2024 to take the exam on 10 to 11 August 2024. Current Grade 11 students, who are expected to be in Grade 12 at the time of the UPCAT, are eligible to apply.
Schools must fill out and confirm their students in the Form 2A portal from 15 April to 22 May 2024, for the applicants to be released their test permit in July.
Applicants must then revisit the portal after the exam in August 2024, to fill out their grades for Grades 8 to 11 in the Form 2B portal and submit the hard copy of their SF-10 or Student Permanent Record to the UP Office of Admissions located inside UP Diliman, Quezon City.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

For all incoming Grade 7 students who are interested in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING (STE) and SPECIAL PROGRAM IN MATHEMATICS (SPM), PLEASE PREPARE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING:

1. Original Copy of Form 137/SF 9 ( Report Card);
2. Certification that a learner belongs to the upper 10 % of the class;
3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate; and
4. Certificate of Good Moral.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE SCHOOL-BASED ENTRANCE EXAM AND REGIONAL ADMISSION TEST FOR STE & SPM.

2. Complete your requirements on or before June 1, 2024 to avoid inconvenience in accordance to DM-OUOPS-2024-02-01300 or the GUIDANCE ON THE MANDATORY 30-DAY VACATION OF TEACHERS.
