𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

Dahil sa naging epekto ng sunod-sunod na bagyo at habagat, mananatiling suspendido ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng San Simon mula August 24–28, 2026 (Lunes–Biyernes).

Sa halip, ipatutupad ang Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) upang maipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral habang isinasaalang-alang ang kanilang kaligtasan.

Samantala, magpapatuloy ang face-to-face classes sa Concepcion Integrated School sa nasabing panahon.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling ligtas at patuloy na sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng San Simon para sa iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

Dahil sa naging epekto ng Bagyong Maymay, na pinalala ng Pinalakas na Habagat, at bunsod ng pagbaha na nakaapekto sa ilang paaralan at iba’t ibang lugar sa Bayan ng San Simon, mananatiling suspendido ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas mula Agosto 17-20, 2026 (Monday-Thursday).

May ilang paaralan ding ginagamit bilang evacuation centers para sa mga residenteng naapektuhan ng pagbaha, dahilan upang hindi muna maging posible ang regular na pagsasagawa ng face-to-face classes sa mga nasabing lugar.

Sa panahong ito, ipatutupad ng mga paaralang sakop ng suspensyon ang Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM), alinsunod sa umiiral na mga panuntunan ng Department of Education.

Samantala, may face-to-face classes na sa Concepcion Integrated School, na hindi kabilang sa mga lugar na apektado ng pagbaha at ligtas nang magsagawa ng pisikal na klase.

Ang suspensyon ay ipinatutupad bilang preventive measure upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at school personnel, habang patuloy na minomonitor ang kondisyon ng panahon at mga lugar na maaaring maapektuhan.

Hinihiling ang pang-unawa at pakikiisa ng lahat. Para sa mga susunod na abiso, manatiling nakatutok sa opisyal na mga pahayag ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng San Simon.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

Bunsod ng patuloy na epekto ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat nitong mga nakaraang araw, ilang barangay sa Bayan ng San Simon ang nakaranas ng matinding pagbaha na nagdulot ng malaking pinsala, pagkaantala sa mga pangunahing gawain, at panganib sa kaligtasan ng mga mamamayan.

Matapos ang isinagawang situational assessment at alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), at sa pag-apruba nina Acting Mayor Anne Canlas at Local School Board Co-Chairperson Ms. Nenita G. Salas, napagpasyahang isuspinde ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas, sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, mula August 12-14, 2026.

Kasabay nito, pinapayuhan ang lahat ng paaralan na ipatupad ang Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM), kung naaangkop at maaari, upang matiyak ang pagpapatuloy ng pagkatuto nang hindi nalalagay sa panganib ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at iba pang kawani ng paaralan.

Ang hakbang na ito ay isinagawa hindi lamang bilang pag-iingat laban sa mga umiiral na panganib dulot ng pagbaha, kundi upang mabigyan din ng sapat na panahon ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan na makapaglinis, makapag-ayos ng kanilang mga tahanan, at makabalik sa ligtas at maayos na kalagayan bago ang muling pagsasagawa ng face-to-face classes.

Patuloy na hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling mapagmatyag at sumunod lamang sa mga opisyal na anunsyo at abiso ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng San Simon hinggil sa sitwasyon at iba pang kaugnay na mga hakbang.
