🪐🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ Where Every Step Orbits Toward a Healthier Tomorrow🌟🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️

Just as every planet follows its own orbit, each of us has our own journey toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. Today, our classroom became its own little universe where teamwork, creativity, and movement aligned like the stars to remind us that staying active doesn't always require extraordinary actions—even the simplest daily activities can make a big difference.

On July 17, 2026, 12 – Uranus ASSH B successfully performed their roleplay entitled "Act it Out: Living an Active Lifestyle" in their Physical Education 12 class.

Each group showcased different ways to stay physically active—from walking, jogging with friends, doing household chores, to playing sports. These everyday activities not only help keep our bodies healthy but also reduce stress, boost productivity, and strengthen the bonds we share with our friends and families.

A heartfelt thank you to our subject teacher, Sir Carl Angello Dela Cruz, for his guidance, support, and encouragement that inspired us to give our best and made this activity both meaningful and enjoyable.

Like stars shining brighter together in the same galaxy, may this experience continue to inspire us to move more, live healthier, and reach for greater heights—one step at a time. 💙✨️

✨️🌌 Stretching Toward the Light, United in Our Orbit 🪐💙

On July 10, 2026—the students of 12 Uranus – ASSH B presented their performance through dedication, effort, and teamwork during their Performance Task in Physical Education 12 through the Fitness and Recreation: Aerobic Exercises & Strength Training.

Together with 12 Neptune, each group successfully performed the activity by demonstrating the types of aerobic exercises and strength training through Zumba. Through this activity, they proved that confidence, growth, and commitment really paved the way.

We offer our special gratitude to our Physical Education Teacher, Sir Carl Angello B. Dela Cruz, for giving advice and encouragement in this activity to gain new experiences and enjoy this particular performance.
