In anticipation of continued heavy rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon, work-from-home arrangements in government offices shall be implemented, while alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be observed on 10 August 2026 in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Abra, Tarlac, Benguet, Pampanga, Oriental Mindoro, and Bulacan.
Agencies providing essential and emergency services shall continue their operations. Localized suspension of classes and/or work in government offices may also be implemented by the respective Local Chief Executives.
For private companies and offices, the adoption of work suspension or alternative work arrangements shall be at the discretion of their respective heads.
