STORYTELLING OF FILIPINO CHARACTER✨📚
Today, we proudly celebrated the richness of our culture by bringing beloved Filipino characters to life—from legendary heroes and brave warriors to mystical diwatas and timeless folk icons. Our learners walked the halls as Lam-Ang, Maria Makiling, Malakas at Maganda, Ibong Adarna, and many more stories that shaped our heritage.
This celebration reminds us that Filipino literature is full of courage, magic, humor, and wisdom. Through every costume and every character, we honor our identity and keep our stories alive for the next generation.

A kind diwata who watches over Mount Makiling, helping lost travelers and protecting nature. Known for her beauty, compassion, and mysterious appearances in the forest.
✨Darna: The Filipino Superhero
GRADE 1 PUPILS- Danna Faith MaryRose Santos Guanzing Trisha
Darna is a brave and kind-hearted superhero from the Philippines. A young girl named Narda swallows a magical stone and shouts the word “Darna!”, transforming into the mighty hero. With super strength, speed, and the power to fly, Darna fights evil, protects the innocent, and inspires people to be courageous.
She is more than a fighter—she is a symbol of hope, justice, and the courage that lives in every Filipino heart.
✨Valentina: The Serpent Queen
Grade 2 Pupil- Reina
Valentina is a powerful villain in the Darna universe. She is known for her snake-like powers and cunning intelligence. Often portrayed as a woman with snakes for hair, Valentina uses her abilities to challenge Darna and spread chaos, but her stories also show her as a clever and determined character, making her one of the most memorable figures in Filipino comics.
✨Amihan: The Gentle Wind
GRADE 2 PUPIL- Andrea Ehlyze Shane Alleth Cruz Almondia
Amihan is a mythical bird in Philippine folklore known for her kindness and gentle nature. In the famous creation myth of Malakas at Maganda, Amihan helps separate the first man and woman from a bamboo, bringing them into the world. She symbolizes peace, guidance, and the gentle forces of nature in Filipino stories.
✨Ang Panday: The Heroic Blacksmith
GRADE 2 PUPIL- Peter Jairell Patrick Roque Veneracion
Ang Panday is a legendary Filipino hero who starts as a simple blacksmith named Flavio. He forges a magical sword from a fallen meteor, which gives him the power to fight evil and protect his town from dark forces. Known for his bravery, wisdom, and sense of justice, Ang Panday is a symbol of courage and the Filipino spirit of heroism.
