This is probably the first thing you need. Since we work remotely, you'll need a thing to help you communicate effectively. Yes, a phone can do that, but how about when you start working? There are skills, services, and application that won't work by using phones only. Invest on a great computer set to make this possible.

I know this may sound too much, but when you got it all, and you start hustling, everything will be easier. One month of work can easily give you back all your investments.

I won't give in all the details, but I got one important thing from it, and we can input it into something bigger, like picking a niche in the freelancing industry.

We can say that Noah and Lee are the so-called distractions and temptations. In freelancing, we are tempted to do things because we think it's the best or because it can do us good. In Elle's case, she didn't think of what she wants; she considers the fact that it was Lee or Noah.

We can have tons of choices other than the temptations that surround us. Sure, SEO seems like an excellent way to earn, social media management appears easy and fun, etc. But, have we consider what we want to pursue? What is our passion?

Like Noah wants to tell Elle, we don't want to be stuck on something we will regret soon. We don't want anyone to stop us from pursuing the things we want. After all, Freelancing is about freedom. We choose this because we know that we can be whoever we want; we are free.

In choosing the best niche for you, think about yourself and what you want to do. Don't let the temptations and high salaries trick you and confuse your mind.

Remember, learning a skill is easier if you pursue what you want. Just like in college, we usually drop out of college because we keep on chasing things that we don't want, just because of others' expectations.
