Ayon sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang, SUSPENDIDO pa rin ang KLASE sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan at PASOK sa mga opisina ng pamahalaan sa ating Lungsod bukas, November 13, 2020 (Biyernes).
Subalit ang lahat ng departamento, units at opisina na kabilang sa City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council at pagbibigay ng serbisyong pangkalusugan at pangkalahatan sa panahon ng kalamidad ay kinakailangang mag-operate upang siguraduhin ang pagpapatuloy ng serbisyo publiko sa ating Lungsod.
