Congratulations to our alumna Police Staff Sergeant 𝗣𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮 for winning the 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 in the U.S. Beef category at The Philippine Culinary Cup!

Police Staff Sergeant Pam Catalla is proof that purpose becomes power when you choose to pursue it wholeheartedly.

Active-duty Philippine National Police personnel, working student, and proud Globalista—Pam has spent the past year balancing two worlds that demand excellence: her duty to serve the country, and her commitment to finish her studies in Professional Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts, and International Cuisines at Global Academy.

After completing her local internship at Lihim Resorts, Palawan, Pam trained quietly, consistently, and with unrelenting discipline. Today, July 30, 2026, she stepped onto the competition arena of the Philippine Culinary Cup, representing Global Academy in the K‑6 US Beef Category—not as an officer, but as a student and aspiring chef.

Her entry, Trio of US Beef Rib Finger with Kalim-Aw Puree and Mangosteen Cabernet Reduction impressed the judges and earned her a Gold Medal, scoring 91/100.

Your hard work, grit, and courage to dream beyond your uniform inspire us, Pam. You remind us that winning is not defined by circumstance, but by commitment.
