In view of the continuing heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, the following measures shall be implemented on Thursday, August 20, 2026, pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 130:

🏫 𝗡𝗢 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘-𝗧𝗢-𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦
All levels in both public and private schools shall shift to alternative learning modality.

🏢 𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Government offices shall implement alternative work arrangements, except for agencies involved in the delivery of basic health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services, which shall continue their operations.

For the private sector, the adoption of alternative work arrangements or suspension of work shall be left to the discretion of their respective management.

📢 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 📢

In view of the continuing heavy rainfall brought about by Southwest Monsoon or Habagat,upon recommendation of MDRRMC, I declare the SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES, at all levels in public and private schools, on AUGUST 19, 2026 in the Municipality of San Pascual.

Classes shall shift to alternative learning modality, as appropriate, in accordance with each school's Learning and Service Continuity Plan (LSCP) and framework to ensure the continuity of education for all learners.

Everyone is likewise encouraged to remain vigilant and observe all necessary safety and preparedness measures.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa ilang mga lugar sa bansa, kabilang ang buong .

Hindi sakop ng WFH ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaang may kinalaman sa pag-deliver ng basic at health services, preparasyon at pagtugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

Pinangunahan ni Hon. Mayor Roanna Conti , kasama si Vice Mayor Roumel Aguila, Primcipal IV Atena Rivera , PTA Officers, mga g**o at ang mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan, ang ribbon-cutting ceremony para sa mga pinahusay na pasilidad ng San Pascual National High School.

Ang mahalagang okasyong ito ay sumisimbolo sa patuloy na pagtutulungan at suporta para sa ikauunlad ng ating paaralan. Ang mga improved facilities ay naglalayong makapagbigay ng mas maayos, ligtas, komportable, at angkop na learning environment para sa ating mga mag-aaral at g**o.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa ating mga lokal na opisyal at sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng proyektong ito. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang isang paaralang nagbibigay ng mas magandang lugar para sa pagkatuto at paghubog sa kinabukasan ng bawat San Pascualeño. 💙🏫✨

Executive order no. 6-2026 (MDRRMC)

Due to the continuous inclement weather caused by Southwest monsoon and the ongoing safety assessments required following the recent effects of the disaster, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES at ALL LEVELS in both private and public schools, are hereby SUSPENDED on August 10,2026 in the Municipality of San Pascual.

This preventive measure is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire school community and to grant concerned agencies adequate time to conduct clean-up operations and thorough structural asssement of school facilities for any damages caused by the calamity.
