📚✨ BENCHMARKING VISIT | SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 ✨📚

THE BIG FIVE TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER INC. and BIG BLOSSOM INSTITUTE INC. were honored to welcome the delegation from Recto Memorial National High School of Tiaong, Quezon for a meaningful Benchmarking Visit held last Thursday, September 17, 2026.

The activity provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, best practices, and experiences in Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET), particularly in strengthening skills development, training delivery, assessment practices, and industry-responsive programs.

We sincerely appreciate the administrators, teachers, and representatives of Recto Memorial National High School for choosing our institutions as part of their benchmarking activity.

Your visit opened opportunities for stronger collaboration, knowledge sharing, and future partnerships toward our shared goal of providing quality and relevant skills education to our learners.

✨ What is SESP?
The Skills-for-Employment Scholarship Program (SESP) is a training assistance program designed to empower our Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families.
It provides financial support for those wishing to enroll in technical-vocational institutions/schools offering TESDA-registered courses and complete training facilities.

💰 Scholarship Coverage
Training Course: The scholar can choose any technical-vocational course not exceeding one (1) year.
Financial Assistance: Covers the actual training cost, but not to exceed the maximum amount of PHP 14,500.00.

✅ Who May Apply?
1. OFW Member (The Applicant)
Must have an ACTIVE OWWA membership at the time of application.
OR membership must have expired within the last six (6) months.

2. Qualified Dependent
Spouse, Child, or Sibling (for an unmarried OFW) of an active member-OFW.
Must be at least a High School Graduate.
Age Limit: Must not be more than 24 years old (for OFW child/sibling).

📄 Basic Documentary Requirements
Accomplished Application Form
2x2 ID picture (2 copies)
Photocopy of the OFW’s Passport
School Diploma/Transcript of Records
