Monthly Workshop | September 18, 2026

This September, our teachers explored “From Reflection to Action: Growing as an ESL Teacher,” focusing on how reflection can turn everyday experiences and mistakes into meaningful opportunities for progress and professional growth.

Through “Teacher Hot Seat: What Would You Do?” 🎤🔥, they faced unexpected classroom situations, shared their insights, and practiced responding with patience, adaptability, and professionalism.

At TalkStation, we believe every classroom challenge is a chance to learn, improve, and become a better teacher. 💙👩‍🏫✨

Last week’s Peer Group activity, our new teachers took a moment to share their journey From Newbie to A / A+—reflecting on their experiences, challenges, lessons, and growth as teachers. 🌱✨

Through stories and shared experiences, they learned that becoming an excellent teacher is a journey filled with continuous learning, patience, dedication, and a willingness to grow. Each story was a reminder that every challenge can be a stepping stone toward becoming a better educator.
