Last November 20, 2025, the Guidance and Counseling Office, in collaboration with the Assistant Principal Ms. Guillerma I. Tajao, conducted a seminar titled “Talk Before You Post: Mental Health Awareness in the Online World” for the students.
With our insightful Resource Speaker, Ms. Analyn V. Rapas, RGC, the session opened our eyes to how our online words, actions, and habits can impact not only our own mental well-being but also the well-being of others. 💛💬
From addressing cyberbullying and digital stress to promoting empathy, mindfulness, and responsible online behavior, the seminar reminded us that every post carries power, so let’s choose to use it wisely. 🌐✨

🌼 Wall of Hope 🌼
Last September 30 to October 3, 2025, the STI College San Pablo community came together to observe National Su***de Prevention Awareness Month (September) and World Mental Health Awareness Month (October).
The Wall of Hope served as a meaningful space for students, faculty, and staff to express encouragement, share positive messages, and stand in solidarity for mental health awareness and su***de prevention.
Together, we continue to nurture a school community built on care, understanding, and resilience.

✨ On September 30, 2025, the STI College San Pablo community of students, faculty, and staff came together in observance of National Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

The Yellow Ribbon served as a powerful symbol of hope, support, awareness, and solidarity in our shared commitment to break the stigma and foster understanding. 💛

Through this initiative, STIers proudly wore the Yellow Ribbon — a visible reminder of compassion, empathy, and the assurance that no one is ever alone.

Together, we continue to nurture a caring and supportive school community. 🌼

𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

𝑺𝑻𝑰 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑷𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒐 successfully conducted the 𝑹𝑨𝑪𝑬 𝑨𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕 𝑺𝒖𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑮𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔’ 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 last 𝑨𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕 28, 2025, for teachers and school personnel.

The program was made possible through the leadership of 𝑴𝒔. 𝑹𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒆 𝑱𝒐𝒚 𝑻. 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒐, 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆, the professional expertise of our invited 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒓, 𝑴𝒔. 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒏 𝑽. 𝑹𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒔, who also shared valuable insights on psychological self-care for faculty and school personnel, and the dynamic hosting of 𝑴𝒔. 𝑱𝒉𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒂. This training sought to strengthen the ability of school personnel to Recognize, Assess, Convince, and Entrust in addressing mental health concerns and providing support to learners-at-risk.

Through this initiative, the institution reaffirms its commitment to promoting mental health awareness, breaking the stigma surrounding su***de, and fostering a compassionate and resilient school community.

🔥 Empowering Safety and Preparedness! 🔥
The Guidance and Counseling Office, together with the STI Senior Plus Red Cross Youth Council, in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection - San Pablo, successfully conducted a Fire Prevention and Safety Seminar and Fire Drill for students and faculty.
This meaningful collaboration aimed to equip participants with vital knowledge and practical skills to prevent fire-related incidents and respond effectively in emergencies. By fostering awareness and readiness, we are taking proactive steps toward ensuring the safety and resilience of our school community.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and supported this initiative. Together, we are building a safer and more informed community! 🧯🚒

In line with National Autism Acceptance Month, on April 28, 2025, a wonderful collaboration between the STI Senior Plus Red Cross Youth Council and the Guidance and Counseling Office brought us the enlightening seminar, 'Different, Not Less: Autism Awareness.'
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed guest speakers, Mr. Jayson B. Fajardo, CSR-RCY/FR and Mr. Chris Lorenz De Guzman (Youth Instructor), from the Philippine Red Cross San Pablo City Chapter. Their expertise and passion inspired us to foster greater understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with autism in our community.
Together, we are making progress toward building a compassionate and informed society. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to this impactful event! 💙💛
