‎For years, people have debated how caffeine actually affects our bodies, especially how it affects our sleep when we drink coffee in the evening.🛏🌛

‎To answer these questions, scientists used EEG. So, what is EEG?🤔⚡

‎EEG or also known as ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY is used to record the brain’s electrical activity. Through this, scientists can see not only how a person sleeps but also how the brain sleeps.🧠📉

‎Taking caffeine can be compared to “borrowing energy” that you have to pay back tomorrow. When you take caffeine it gives you energy yet it makes your sleep less restorative, making you feel more tired when you wake up.🔄😖

‎As the article stated “Caffeine is neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’.” Its effects depend on factors such as the amount consumed, time of day, age, and etc."👩‍🔬

‎So, don't forget! What we don’t feel might still affect us, so watch your caffeine intake! Your sleep might be paying the price.☕👀

💭 Did you know? For more than a century, diamonds were not expected to generate electricity because, since the early 1900s, they had been classified as non-piezoelectric materials.

However, researchers have now discovered that thin, flexible diamond membranes can generate an electrical voltage when bent, challenging this long-standing belief. 🤯✨

Researchers suggest that piezoelectric diamond membranes could potentially be used in the future in implantable medical devices as self-generating power sources or as sensors that detect bending and deformation. 😉👀

🛑 Take note: This discovery applies to specially engineered thin, flexible diamond membranes, not some ordinary diamonds. 💎
