UPDATED MECHANICS FOR POSTER MAKING CONTEST
*Each team is required to submit one entry.
*Failure to submit an entry will be automatically default.
*Participants can use pictures from the internet.
*Participants are only allowed to use “Photoshop” (any version) as their main media or tool.
*Poster must be related to the Theme of CCS Week.
*Poster Size:
Width - 11.7 Inches
Height -16.5 Inches
Resolution- 300 pixels/inch
*Submission of Entry is on April 4, 2019 from 1 PM - 5 PM only at CCS Club Office.
*Submitted entry must be on a PSD and JPEG format.
*Theme: “Empowering New Coders On Different Exercises”
II. POSTER MAKING CRITERIA
Creativity and Originality (The entry should be creative, innovative and original work of the participant.) - 40%
Aesthetic Quality (The entry should command attention, display visual balance and color coordination.) – 30%
Relevance (The entry should be relevant to the theme.) – 30%

I. VIDEO ANIMATION MECHANICS
• Each team must submit one entry.

• Video length must be minimum of 25 seconds and maximum of 30 seconds only.
• Any media or tool for making video animation is allowed.
• Submission of Entry is on April 4, 2019 (1 PM – 5 PM only).

I. QUIZ BEE MECHANICS
• Each team must have 3 participants.
• Each Team is required to have representatives. Failure of not having representative may affect to their overall score.
• The contestants should be at the place of the competition fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled time.

Good Evening! To those who are willing to be part of Semicolon Club, please be informed that the Diagnostic Lab. will be conducted tomorrow at CCS Lab 1 from 8am to 5pm.
-You are allowed to use any programming language.
-Each batch will have an hour to finish developing a program.
-You can bring your own laptop if you want.

Hi guys! We have some minor changes regarding tomorrow's Skills Competition.
Web Design & Programming as well as the Photoshop Contest will happen in CCS LAB 1.
The Java Programming will take place in CCS LAB 2.
C++ Programming will either happen in LAB 1 or LAB 2. Don't worry! We'll give you an update about it tomorrow.
TEAMS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND. But if you want to watch and give support to your teammates who are participating in the IT/CS Quiz Bee, you may come. Teammates and supporters of the Programming Contests and Photoshop contests are not allowed to enter the laboratories.
