I was nominated by the Kiwanis Club of Lake City for promoting Vedic Mathematics in the Philippines but the members of the Selection Board of the “Natatanging San Pableño 2024” gave me the award for “Transformative Education”. They also considered my more than 30 years of work as President of the MSC Computer Training Center and its related companies which pioneered in computer education from grade school to two and three-year tech-voc courses, software and web development, internet service, call center, hardware sales and servicing in San Pablo City.

And so, I want to share this award not only with the thousands of students and with the hundreds of teachers all over the Philippines who are now practicing Vedic Math, but also with the thousands of students we have introduced to computer programming, operations and servicing at MSC.

I would like to thank the following for always supporting my projects: my PisayDos batchmates and other PSHS school mates, my UP Tau Rho Xi fraternity brods, my fellow Kiwanians, and of course my Ylagan-Prudente and Silva-Prudente families.
