Women in 56 countries experienced social hostilities – that is, harassment from individuals or groups – due to clothing that was deemed to violate religious or secular dress norms, according to the sources analyzed for a recent Pew Research Center study of 198 nations. As you can see, clothes do really affect the way people see us, but it is not our fault because they are the one who chose to judge us.

We live in a society that continues to view women that wear more revealing clothes are less respectable than those who wear less revealing or proper clothes. They are said to be more modest and respectable if they cover up and hide their bodies.

Women deserve to be respected and empowered no matter their choice of clothes. We deserve to be viewed as more than just sexual objects where our value is defined by what we wear. We need to end society’s continuous pattern of continuously body-shaming women, instead we must work on uplifting women’s self-confidence 🧡💗

💡 Taylor Swift, an american song writer, artist and superstar is a known women empowerment advocate🧡

💡 She is more than just a folktale that everyone knows about, a legend that we can all imagine in our wildest fantasies, or a young woman playing her guitar while humming a love song Taylor Swift has been working in the music business since she was 13 years old, giving her the chance to develop both as a composer and, more crucially, as a woman in a male-dominated field.

💡Although the field is composed of more men than women, being someone who is determined and has a persevere personality, she continued to grow and be her own source of success and happiness. Gender doesn't define what you can do, but instead use it to your benefit in order for you to grow exponentially.

💡Taylor Swift is not afraid to express her feminism in progressively more public ways and she's not afraid to put a beat behind it. She has always been a documentarian with her music, just like in her song, "The Man" which calls out disparities between men and women, specifically in how the public perceives their success and power. She calls out the double standard of working harder and then getting questioned for it if the subsequent success was deserved.

All rights are necessary, but despite being so much talked about, there is still room for a lot of improvement and awareness. Women are mistreated, and there’s a lot of biasedness still in our society. Never RESPECT opinions that DISRESPECT women.
