WE WILL SURVIVE!πŸ’ͺ

No matter how hard life problems can get, there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel. Don't worry, adversities and pain are universal constants in our lives. And it is a must for us beings to face adversities and not run away from them. The problems you encounter will be your foundation for tomorrow's unknown. Don't give up. Work hardest. We are made to suffer. But this suffering will lead us to be our improved, sculpted, and the best version of ourselves.

Here is some lyrics from Destiny's Childs song SURVIVOR to end your tiring day with. Always remember to not give up, to not stop, work harder, and be a SURVIVOR.πŸ€πŸ’œ

Comment down your favourite inspirational/motivational lyrics from your favourite song, and we will surely add that to our playlist! 🀍🎢

Teen Facts!πŸ’œπŸ€

Stated that even young ones like 10-19 y/o involved in mental disorder with the ratio of 1 in 7 whereas anxiety, depression and other breakdown that could affect their behavior. It's not good at all since, we must keep in our minds that youth will be our hope, and innovators in the future, so if they always let themselves to lose to anxiety and depression, what will happen in our future?

Mental health promotion and prevention interventions aim to strengthen an individual's capacity to regulate emotions, enhance alternatives to risk-taking behaviours, build resilience for managing difficult situations and adversity, and promote supportive social environments and social networks.πŸ’œ

So teens always remember that we are all in this together! You may not know it, but there is always someone who is ready to listen.πŸ«ΆπŸ«‚

Great Day Teens! πŸ’œπŸ€

How are you feeling today?

Do you feel alone? Sad? Well, we are here to cheer you up! We, the founders of this page, would like to help you!🫢

We Introduce to you TALK OF TEENS (T.O.T.s) page! A page that would like to help, even just a little, in terms of teenagers' mental and emotional health.

Most teenagers look healthy physically, but deep inside, their mental and emotional health might be lacking. According to the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) curriculum, one in five teenagers has experienced a severe mental health disorder at some point in their lives, but these disorders still remain largely unrecognized and untreated. Teens’ brains are growing and developing, and how they interpret their experiences and fill their time is critical to that growth based on the study of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIH). Because of that, teens' brains are more vulnerable to stress as they respond to stress differently compared to adults.

Due to a variety of reasons, including the apprehension that others won't understand how they genuinely feel, not all teenagers are aware of how to address and who to approach regarding their mental and emotional health. As a result, the Talk of Teens project is centered on assisting teens in feeling more validated about their feelings and in educating the public about these aspects.
