🌟 A group of talented engineering students from 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐨 has made waves internationally, catching the attention of a renowned 𝑰𝑻 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 in 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 for their incredible innovation! 💡🌍

Through dedication, innovation, and compassion, our future engineers from PLSP turned a Final project into an international breakthrough! By developing a standalone Braille embosser—complete with speech synthesis, voice recognition, and touchscreen functionality—they tackled real-world accessibility needs using Raspberry Pi and Arduino.

Against all odds, this team not only solved a real-world problem but also earned international recognition through the BrailleRAP network in France. 🇫🇷✨

2nd GAD Research and Extension Seminar Workshop on "Bridging Communities Through Gender-Inclusive and Future-Ready Research Promoting Gender Sensitivity and Sustainable AI Solutions in Extension Programs”, held this April 30, at Amihan Hotel, Barangay San Jose, San Pablo City.

Congratulations to our very own Research Director, Prof. Kristin Anne C. Corcega for her triumphant achievement hailed as the"Best Oral Presenter" in the recently concluded "9th Paris International Congress on Collaborative Innovations in Science, Technology, Social Sciences & Education: TechSocEdu25". This research conference was organized by the Eminent Association of Researchers in Engineering & Technology.
Director Corcega presented her paper titled “Interest of San Pablo City Youth Residing in Farming Areas: Basis for Sustainable Agricultural Training Interventions” held on January 22-24, 2025 in Paris, France.
The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo is truly proud of your remarkable accomplishments in the field of research.

This office wishes to thank our City Mayor and Chairman of PLSP Board of Regents Honorable Vicente "VIC" Belen Amante for generously supporting the mission of PLSP OVPRI in generating glocally-responsive community-based research. As this office transitions to be the Center for Research Development and Planning, its representation would like to showcase our visionary leader "MAYOR VIC" who unfailingly commits to bring PLSP to be at the frontier of research and development in the country.

Just recently, the Hon. Mayor has sponsored the international research presentation of the newly designated Director for Research Development and Planning Assoc. Prof. Kristin Anne C. Corcega to be held in Paris, France on January 22-24, 2025.

Corcega and Research Council Unit Head Ma'am Jennifer Regoris for successfully presenting to the target beneficiaries their GAD Research in the recently concluded opening program for the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW!

This event took place at the PLSP library and research center yesterday, November 29, 2024 .

Awarded as BEST ORAL PRESENTER - EDUCATION STRAND during the 6th Asian Virtual Conference on Institutional and Action Research 2024 (AVCIAR 2024) on November 28 - 30, 2024 via Zoom Teleconferencing.

Just in---PLSP - Center for Gender Equality and Development awards the 2nd Half of the research grant to the enumerators and author of the paper titled "Interests of San Pablo City Youth Residing in Farming Areas: Basis for Sustainable Agricultural Interventions".

The signing of the MOA for the grant was held last year and the paper was completed this first semester AY 24-25. The research output will soon be presented to its target beneficiaries (Barangay Officials of the different farming areas in San Pablo and LGU City Agriculture Office).
