Filipino Values Month 2025
SCES celebrates Filipino Values Month by promoting bayanihan, respect, and care for our community. Through our Grand Socialization Day, Bible Tales at Lunch Time, and Bayanihan sa Gulayan sa Paaralan, we show that health, teamwork, and shared responsibility are everyoneโ€™s duty.

Kinder โ€“ BASA MO, BOSES KO: Story retellers from the community and parents read to our youngest learners.

Grade 1 โ€“ BASA KO, SHARE KO: Students share videos of themselves reading recommended books.

Grade 2 โ€“ LIT QUEST: Pupils engage in gamified reading challenges to make learning fun and interactive.

Grade 3 โ€“ BASA BUDDY: Pair readers of varying skill levels participate in guided or peer-assisted reading sessions.

Grade 4 โ€“ KOMIKS AND BEYOND: Students explore Filipino komiks and manga through arts and creative activities.

Grade 5 โ€“ BOOKS TO BIG SCREEN: Films adapted from literature are watched and followed by reflections.

Grade 6 โ€“ READ AND REFLECT: Learners document their reading experiences through journals provided for extra writing practice.

These activities aim to strengthen literacy, encourage creativity, and foster a lifelong love for reading among all learners.
