As September begins, we enter Su***de Prevention Month — a meaningful time dedicated to raising awareness and promoting mental health for each and everyone of us. This month serves as a gentle yet powerful reminder that it is completely okay not to be okay. Life can bring challenges, but no one should carry it alone.

Reaching out for help, asking for support, or simply wanting to talk to someone is never a sign of weakness. It is an important step to being a better version of ourselves or what we call healing. In honor of Su***de Prevention Month, we hope for better mental wellness and stronger support systems for everyone. 🤍

So, 𝗸𝗮𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗸𝗮 𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝗮, 𝗞𝗮-𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿? Do you need someone to talk to? Remember that your story matters, your feelings are valid. 🫂

𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄 ✨️ | Leadership Training 2026

September 7th – Yesterday, a training was held for all leaders of Liceo de San Pablo. A day filled with memorable experiences and new knowledge.

Three speakers shared impactful insights on leadership, giving students the opportunity to reflect on what it truly means to be a leader. A team building were also conducted, making leaders learn how to truly lead. Forming teamworks, strong bonds and new friendships.

This training gave us a true meaning of being a leader: A leader who leads, and a leader who listens. Overall, the event highlighted the strength of individuals who are trying not to be afraid and being ready to face and overcome whatever challenges life may bring.

September 7th — Our second Peer Tutoring Session has officially concluded! As we keep moving forward on this journey of learning and growth, may we always hold on to the spirit of helping one another. We are so grateful to our tutors for your generosity, patience, and dedication, and to our tutees for your hard work, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Today, we celebrate the woman who teaches us that great faith doesn’t always need loud words — it only needs a heart that trusts completely.

Mama Mary, you chose to walk a path you did not fully understand, yet you surrendered everything to God’s will. Help us to do the same: to trust even when things are unclear, to remain faithful when doubts arise, and to offer our lives with the same surrender you showed.

Be our light and our strength, Mama Mary. When we feel lost, remind us that God is always with us. When we are afraid, teach us to surrender our worries to Him. May your life inspire us to live with faith, hope, and love every single day. 🙏🏻
