SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2026: Celebrating Sports, Family, Wellness, and Filipino Heritage!

What a fun-filled and meaningful celebration it was as our school community came together for the School Intramurals 2026, made even more special with the celebration of Family Day and a joyful Wellness Activity for our learners!

The school grounds came alive with excitement as our learners participated in various sports and games that showcased their talent, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. More than the competition, the Intramurals provided opportunities for our children to build friendships, work together, and enjoy the value of an active and healthy lifestyle.

A special highlight of the celebration was the Mga Laro ng Lahi, where our learners enjoyed traditional Filipino games such as Patintero, Tumbang Preso, Piko, Sack Race, Kadang-kadang, and other indigenous games. 🇵🇭 These games brought laughter and excitement while allowing our young Centralians to experience and appreciate a treasured part of our Filipino culture.

Adding warmth and meaning to the celebration was our Family Day, where families came together to share precious moments with their children. It was a beautiful reminder that learning and growing become more meaningful when school and family work hand in hand.

The celebration also featured a Wellness Activity for Kids, giving our learners the chance to simply jump, play, laugh, and enjoy! The inflatable playground became a favorite spot as children jumped with joy, explored, played with friends, and filled the air with infectious laughter.

These joyful moments reminded us that wellness is not only about being physically active—it is also about being happy, connected, and free to play. The smiles on the faces of our children were a wonderful reflection of a school environment that values both learning and well-being.
Indeed, this year’s celebration was more than just Intramurals. It was a celebration of sportsmanship, Filipino culture, family, friendship, wellness, and the simple happiness of childhood.

From the playing field to the traditional games, from family bonding to joyful jumping, every moment created memories that our learners will surely treasure.

LITTLE ARCHITECTS, BIG DREAMS!

Our amazing Kindergarten learners stepped into the exciting world of ARCHITECTURE!

Through fun and hands-on activities, our little architects explored how buildings are planned, designed, and built. From imagining their dream houses to creating their own structures, they discovered that creativity, imagination, and problem-solving can turn simple ideas into wonderful creations!

With tiny hands and BIG ideas, our young learners proudly showcased their designs and learned that every great building starts with a great idea.

Today, they are building with blocks and drawings—tomorrow, they may be designing the buildings that will shape our communities!

Kudos to our Kindergarten learners and teachers for making learning creative, meaningful, and fun!

LITTLE MUSICIANS, BIG MELODIES!
Music filled the learning spaces as our young Centralian learners explored the exciting world of “INSTRUMENTS”!

Through this theme, our Kindergarten learners discovered the wonderful variety of musical instruments and the unique sounds they create. They explored instruments such as drums, tambourines, guitars, keyboards, maracas, bells, and other familiar instruments while learning to distinguish their sounds and understand how music brings people together.

The children actively participated in singing, dancing, rhythm activities, clapping, and movement exercises, allowing them to develop their sense of rhythm, coordination, listening skills, and self-expression. They also enjoyed pretending to be musicians and performers, giving them opportunities to build confidence and creativity.

Through arts and crafts, the learners also expressed their creativity by drawing, coloring, and creating their own representations of musical instruments. Storytelling, songs, games, and interactive activities further enriched their understanding of music and encouraged them to participate with enthusiasm.

More than learning the names and sounds of instruments, the theme helped our little learners develop important values and skills such as cooperation, patience, confidence, creativity, active listening, and appreciation for music and the arts.

Every beat, every note, every movement, and every joyful sound became a meaningful learning experience. Indeed, our Kindergarten learners showed that when children are given the opportunity to explore and create, their imagination becomes their most beautiful instrument.

LITTLE SHOPPERS, BIG LEARNING!
Learning came alive for our Kindergarten learners as they explored the exciting and familiar world of “GROCERY”!

Through this theme, our little Centralian learners discovered that a grocery store is more than just a place to buy food—it is also a wonderful setting for learning, exploring, communicating, and making choices.

The children enjoyed engaging in role-playing activities where they became little shoppers, cashiers, and storekeepers. They explored different grocery items, identified and sorted products, recognized colors, shapes, sizes, and labels, and learned about the importance of making healthy food choices.

The theme also provided opportunities to develop important early learning skills. As they played and interacted, the learners practiced counting objects, recognizing numbers and prices, comparing quantities, identifying letters and words, following simple directions, and communicating politely with others.

Creativity and imagination were likewise encouraged through drawing, coloring, arts and crafts, storytelling, songs, and other fun-filled activities connected to grocery shopping. Every activity became an opportunity for our young learners to express themselves and build confidence.

Most importantly, the Grocery theme helped our Kindergarten learners appreciate responsibility, cooperation, good manners, healthy choices, and the value of everyday life skills.

From choosing what to buy to pretending to pay at the counter, every little experience became a big learning moment!

Indeed, our little Centralian learners are discovering that learning can happen anywhere—even in a pretend grocery store!

Little shoppers today, confident and capable learners tomorrow!
