Pride and joy filled the air as Bingao National High School celebrated the achievements of Grade 10 completers in its 11th Moving Up Ceremonies held at the school covered court, March 30.
The completers were presented by Mrs. Marilou P. Pasalo, School Principal, and confirmed by Atty. Donato D. Balderas Jr., Schools Division Superintendent, who was ably represented by Dr. Editha R. Mabanag, Education Program Supervisor in Filipino and Monitoring Supervisor.
One of the highlights of the occasion was the recognition of academic achievers, with two students received with High Honors and sixty-three students with Honors, reflecting the learners dedication to excellence and commitment to their studies.
Messages of support and congratulations were also given by the distinguished education leaders and officials, including Hon. Ed Mar Vincent L. Bonoan, Municipal Mayor; Dr. Jo Eulie Mei T. Domingo, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent; Mr. Ursino C. Pascua, Chief Education Supervisor, CID; and Dr. Jonarex L. Morella, Chief Education Supervisor, SGOD.
The program also featured response messages from Zedrick A. Rabang, with High Honors, representing the completers, and Mrs. Fely M. Barayuga, SPTA President, representing the parents. Their speeches expressed heartfelt gratitude to the teachers, school administrators, and families who supported the students throughout their journey.
โSuccess does not happen overnight; it is built through small consistent efforts, doing your best every single day even if no one is watching,โ said Mr. Joey G. Dumayag, Regional Sales Manager for Customer and Business Development, Philippine Operations Division, in his speech as the Guest of Honor and Speaker in the said occasion.
Carrying the theme, โPilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno nang May Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao,โ the ceremony highlighted not only academic success but also the development of values and leadership among students.

Bingao National High School honored its Senior High School graduating class with a Baccalaureate service that marked a moment of reflection, gratitude, and spiritual send-off for Class Natakneng which was held at the school covered court, March 31.
The said prayer service was led by Pastor Jems T. Arellano of the Solid Rock Baptist Church. His preaching truly blessed the graduates and inspired them to take the right path with wisdom, understanding, and respect.
After the Baccalaureate was a moment to recognize the graduates with academic excellence and special awards.

San Fernando, La Unionโ Students of Bingao National High School showcased excellence and won several awards at the UP Namnamaโs Sirib ken Saririt 2026 Regional Finals held at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State UniversityโMid La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC), March 21-22.
The Teatro Bingaoeรฑo secured 2nd runner-up in the Speech Choir Competition with their powerful and impressive performance.
Mr. Joey Brent F. Agcaoili, coach of Teatro Bingaoeรฑo, expressed his admiration to the students for doing their best and making a mark in the said regional competition.
Moreover, Peterson Duldulao of Grade 10 Apollo demonstrated his writing prowess and creativity which made him bring home 1st Place in the Ilocano Poem Writing (Junior High School) competition. He was guided and trained by Mr. Jerwin S. Bernardo who was truly proud of the recognition received by Duldulao.
Meanwhile, regional finalists were the Guild of Performing Artists (GuiPeA), coached by Mr. Marco Felino C. Macaspac (Ilocano Folk Dance Competition); Miel Sofia Ulep, coached by Mrs. Melissa Joy D. Galenzoga (Ilocano Short Story Writing); Geo Nathanael E. Salmasan, coached by Mrs. Nenita B. Tungpalan (Ilocano Oration); and Mhikaella Ashley Ulep, coached by Mrs. Venalyn A. Polangco (Dagliang Talumpati-Filipino).
