*🫶 WHY DONATE?*
Every 2 seconds, someone in the Philippines needs blood. One bag of blood can save up to *3 lives* — a mother giving birth, a child with dengue, a cancer patient, or a road accident victim.

*✅ WHO CAN DONATE*
You are eligible if you are:
- 16–65 years old (16–17 with parent’s consent)
- At least 50kg / 110 lbs
- In good health, no fever/cold for the past 24 hours
- Had at least 5–6 hours of sleep
- No alcohol intake 24 hours before donation
- No tattoo or piercing in the last 12 months
- For women: not pregnant or breastfeeding
